SPEAKER_00:

So welcome back to the podcast. I'm super excited to have my really good friends Holly and Steph here with me today. Holly is the owner and founder of His Healing House, which was really born out of some of your family struggles, which we're going to go into a little bit here. And that's where I really got involved with nutrition response testing and has created this whole beautiful practice out of it, this ministry out of it. It's just been really fun. And then Stephanie, I usually call her Steph, but we're going to say Stephanie to be a little bit professional here in the beginning. And the deep need for prevention and wellness and authentic approach that is sometimes missed when we're just treating symptoms in Western medicine. And so that's what led her to her journey with nutrition response testing. And your own health struggles too, right, Steph? Yes. Yeah. So thank you. Welcome you guys. I'm so happy to have you guys here. I just love you guys. So, Holly, just take me back to like when his healing house was born. Like, what was that like?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Well, let me see. How far back? It was born a year ago, but I would say that it really was kind of like you said, it was born out of my own health journey in my family's health uh 18 years ago. So I need to start there because it really leads into my mission and my passion and everything that I love doing. So I have four beautiful children, and two of my four kids had serious complex and medical issues. And um the good news is they're doing well today. But um, when my son was 18 months old, he was diagnosed with a rare spine defect that was causing his spine to collapse into his chest cavity. And as a result, he had numerous surgeries. He was in the hospital every three months with surgeries trying to get room for his heart and lungs to grow. Um, I love his doctors, his surgeons, that the team that we had, they saved his life and it was a blessing. Um, but it definitely was a journey and a road, and um, it was really hard for a long time. It wasn't life-threatening anymore after about 10 years, but then he had a uh high risk for paralysis. So we continued in that um treatment plan until his last surgery was in 2020. And in 2020, he had a major surgery and it was successful, and so now he's off at college and living his best life and doing all the things. But amazing, as a mom, yeah, as a mom, I lived in the hospital with him, and then I had my youngest, who is now 15, and she was born missing her right cerebellum. And um her prognose, her first surgery, brain surgery was the day she was born. And then she has had eight brain surgeries in her short little life, and she's doing well too. She, but she is globally developmentally delayed, she's vision impaired, but she's just a joy and a little she's like uh she thinks she runs the show at his healing house, and I I love it. So, but both of them, we lived in the hospital, my own health. I didn't have time to take care of myself, and I kind of was that mom trying to figure out not just to keep my kids alive, but once it wasn't life-threatening anymore, how to help them thrive. And I their digestive issues were a mess, they had so much metal and toxic chemical exposure, just everything that they had been through with so many surgeries is where uh I started learning in more um holistic things and getting my family healthy. So I lost a lot of weight myself during that time, so much stress. And in uh 2014, I lost 85 pounds and I've kept it off, and I really got passionate about helping people either prevent um some of the things I went through or walk alongside people who are dealing with things um from a holistic standpoint. So yeah, a year ago I worked at a clinic that provided nutrition response testing, and I really felt we're faith-based at his healing house. I really felt like God's saying, you know, Holly, time to go build your own business. You've spent time building other people's, and it's time for you. And I asked Steph to join me because Steph and I have been friends for a really long time. And um, and then she said yes, and she joined me, and then we've just been um I we see miracles every day. It's just uh such a blessing.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

So that's how I got started. So, Steph, a year ago, were you trained in nutrition response testing, or were you still working as a physician's assistant?

SPEAKER_01:

Yes, um, a little bit of both. I was doing a little bit of both. So I worked um as a physician assistant in emergency medicines and urgent cares for over 20 years. Um, it was more part-time over the last um 12 years because I'm homeschooled. Yeah. Um my girls growing up. Um but um where was I going?

SPEAKER_02:

We got you in energy. Yes, thank you.

SPEAKER_01:

Um so I loved saving lives. We saved a lot of lives, but there was like a big, huge shortfall with chronic pain and chronic disease, and people keep coming back for the same issues over and over and over again. And and through my own chronic pain issues, you know, I worked on diet things, which did help some, yeah, but it kind of made me dig into more holistic stuff. But then I developed my own severe thyroid condition that I did go down western medicine and I have some regrets. And then um, so when menopause came and really punched me in the face, um, Holly was working for someone who did nutrition response testing, and nutrition response testing literally um changed everything to the point where that's why I'm doing what I'm doing now. I don't want to help other people do things holistically, um, looking at the whole body, resetting them. Even even in the last year, like nervous system stuff has been so life-changing for me, just being a even just becoming aware of like yeah, where I'm at.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, thank you. Holly's been yeah, mentoring. So let's talk about that because how can nutrition response testing help like regulate the nervous system?

SPEAKER_02:

All right, you want me to do this one step? Okay, okay, well, so Jen, you and I met a while ago and I knew instantly that you just the way our businesses were so aligned because you know the nervous system so well. Right. And the way you communicate it and uh teach it and understand it, I'm like, oh my gosh, we are like-minded. It's really hard to find people who understand um that that start of is your body even in a place to heal? Right. Um, and it's really hard to help find people who really understand and who are trauma-informed. And so at his healing house, we don't just do muscle testing, which is amazing, but we are very trauma-informed. And we um understand how when the nervous system isn't um responding or it's stuck in either fight or flight or um a parasympathetic shutdown approach, no matter what we do, that is the first line of defense is getting the body in a place to heal. Obviously, in an emotional standpoint, that is so important, but even in a physical standpoint, so many times our body can't heal yet or release toxins because it's stuck in that fight or flight. So that's how we um really, what Steph was alluding to is going deeper to, and we can test the body. It's so amazing. I personally believe our body is made in the temple of the Lord, and so our bodies are way more intuitive and responsive than we give it credit. And when we learn to align with the Holy Spirit, listen to what the body's saying, and just some of the practical things of how to do that, it's just amazing how we can get such quick results. So that's how our first thing we talk about, we educate our clients on um real high level, but just the nervous system and and then muscle test to see if their body is either what we call a block, meaning their nervous system is just not, their body isn't even communicating.

SPEAKER_00:

Right.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh their nervous system is blocked, or it's switched, which usually means their body is stuck in flight or flight, or it could be stuck in that parasympathetic. So we have a way to test that. And then from there, we set up a program and a protocol based on what's for sure. We supplement and lifestyle changes or recommendations, and then um, and then really incorporating services like what you offer and and really training and educating people on how to um listen to their body and and see where their nervous system is responding.

SPEAKER_00:

So yeah, that's so good. Because if the body's stuck, it's not gonna respond to anything, right? Because it's like it's in survival mode. So that's so good. So because you brought it up, we really have to, we just have to tell the audience like how we met because it's just so fun. So there's a local chamber that I'm a part of, and I don't make it there all the time because I my schedule is just so full. But I happened to go one morning and Holly stood up this beautiful blonde and she starts talking about his healing house. And I was like, we need to be friends. So I waited until like the formal part was over, and I went just running across the room to introduce myself to Holly. And she's like, wait, who are you? What do you do? And then it was just like instant best friendship. You could tell it from your point of view, but I was just so excited to meet you at all. It's been so funny.

unknown:

I don't know.

SPEAKER_00:

I think I was really, yeah. I don't even remember how long ago that was now.

SPEAKER_02:

I think I was really intense with you too. Like, we need to be friends. Everything you're saying, I knew instantly like like we had a connection. So my side of the story is yeah, it was a 7 a.m. chamber event. I think it was 7 a.m. I don't know if early.

SPEAKER_00:

I think it was eight. It was it was still pretty early though.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. My version is seven. It was really early. 6 a.m. We were there at five. I know. And I just, yeah, same thing. Like we, I had clients, I had a busy schedule, and I was like, I'm not gonna go. And I was in bed at, you know, whatever it was. I normally wake up at 6:30. So I was in bed at 6 30. I'm like, I'm not gonna go to this chamber event. And I registered for it. And I laid there for an hour being like, I'm not gonna go. And then all of a sudden I was like, Jesus, should I go? And he was like, Yes. And I'm like, I think I should test that. I think that's just my head. I was like, I don't think God's telling me to go. And then so then I'm like, I don't know. And I kind of was like, Jesus, should I go to this chamber event? And he's like, Yes. And I'm like, uh, then I was like, okay, will I regret it if I don't go? And he was like, yes, basically, get your butt out of bed. So it was 7:45 by the time I left my uh my house, and it's 20 minutes away. So I come in and I miss the little introduction. And I come in at hot at the end, and I give my little spiel, and I sit down and I'm like, okay, Lord, you made me get out of bed. You told me I had to come, and you said I was gonna regret it. And it was a fine thing. I I was late and I had an appointment at 10, so I had to run out of there. And so I was looking at my clock at 9:30, being like, Okay, Lord, you told me to come. Why am I here? And I was gonna leave early. And then again, the Lord was like, Stay. I'm like, stay. Okay, well, we're looking at the time. So it ended right at 9 30. I get up, so I'm like, Well, I gotta go. And you come running after me. And that was why you did come running. It's good that you ran because I was about to remote out the door.

SPEAKER_00:

Like, I she could not leave. I've never met her before.

SPEAKER_02:

We need to be friends, so the Lord was like had to get me there. And I really believe it was all for you, and that's why I know we had such an instant connection. I know, I know.

SPEAKER_00:

It's been so fun. And then I think later that week I met Steph because you were there when I came in, weren't you, Steph? Um, yeah, instant connection, and just I'm just so grateful for you guys. So it's just so fun. So, Steph, what is your favorite thing to treat? Like, what has just gets you most excited? Like, I know you guys do a wide array of things.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, so my favorite clients are probably people who remind me of myself going through the perimenopausal period where all of the, you know, all of the symptoms, which are just this wide array of symptoms that come up and it's so fun because people get better better.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Is that tied to your was that tied to your thyroid issue too? No during that time, separate issues? Two separate things, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Exactly. So yeah, it's just it's so fun.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, yeah. What's the best testimony that you guys have?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. I know there's so many good ones.

SPEAKER_00:

So many you can share more than one.

SPEAKER_02:

Um do the do the scar lady. Oh that was so sweet. Okay, maybe a few, but do this one.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I want not to give too many details to give um her idea anyway, but um this mid-50 year old who spent um the weekend in the emergency room with arrhythmias calls me desperate because now they fix the arrhythmia, but she's just like, I need to work on my health, and she believes in holistic health, and she's just like she literally dropped the phone. We were on a phone call and she's like, I'm hanging up and I'm driving in right now. I'm like, oh okay, you're coming in. Like, so I knew she was someone who really cared about getting better, yeah, and was gonna work on things, and um gosh, within a week, she's like brain fog gone. She had lost in one month 10 pounds.

SPEAKER_02:

Wow, and she didn't have it to lose, so it went no way, she didn't later on she did want to lose time, but she did want to.

SPEAKER_01:

Um brain fog gone, digestive issues better. Um, had occasional like palpitations gone, sleeping, better. I just want everything, and then what's super fun is she also had a previous jaw surgery and she's numb on her lip. And so she would, you know, not wanting to, but there's rule because she doesn't know. Yeah, and through one of our products that was scars, she's like the tingling, it's sensation is coming back for the first time.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, and that's like so like it's all life-changing, but that's something like outwardly that tangible that people can see. So praise the Lord for that. That's amazing. Yep, a rash.

SPEAKER_01:

She had a rash that had been there for 10 years, gone. Thumb pain that only when she ate bad things, the pain would come back. Yeah, so just so many that's life-changing.

SPEAKER_00:

And that's just one person, that's just all the symptoms in one person's body. That's incredible. Yeah, so incredible. Holly, but what about you?

SPEAKER_02:

Well, this is funny. So we deal with a lot of parasites, yeah. So I think people just need to talk about it. Like we live in a place, we understand now that there's a microbiome that's living good things and bad things in our body, and there's also parasites. And so we do test for parasites, we test for mold, we test for food insensitivities, scars, um, post-pandemic stuff. But when we when people come up and their body is ready to release parasites, usually their results feel much, they feel better quickly because once you get the parasites out, the parasites are releasing toxins into their body that are causing brain fog, fatigue, all these things, digestive issues, all these things. So once you get the parasites out and you do it in a way that listens to the body and very intentional, people get results right away. So we definitely talk about parasites and poop a lot. And we have had pictures of people's little pet parasites, and um, so they come in and brain fog goes. I had one mom who was probably in her uh 28, 29, 30 young mom with three little kids. So a lot of anxiety, a lot of brain fog, having a hard time just taking care of the kids and feeling frustrated with herself. And um, and we just in a couple weeks, three weeks got rid of those parasites. She's like, Oh my gosh, my anxiety is gone. She had um, she's got normal mom stress, but not that high debilitating anxiety. And um, and sometimes it's you know, sometimes there's mental health stuff that's related to our nutrition and stuff. So um that was that mom was fun to see her um feel proud of herself as a mom. Um, we have clients who um have another one. Oh, go ahead.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, I have a I have a few clients with diabetes, so type two diabetes. And we had one. Um we got the parasites out, yeah. Number two is her hemoglobin A1C, which looks at your blood sugars over three months. Right. Came down a whole point in just wow from six something to five something, and then she has more medication that she was taking for it. So big deal.

SPEAKER_02:

That's a huge one on that too. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I do. Okay, so we have another client. So we also offer um functional labs, and um, functional labs really help us give like the real numbers to go alongside their um the muscle testing. And so we had another client who displayed very healthy. He's active, he loves to work out, he is not a smoker drinker, none of the things. Um, and he is diabetic, but he eats actually a pretty clean lifestyle as well, probably a little at the time shaky on the not super, you know, would have sugar occasionally, but not what you would expect. And we ran a diabetes panel for him just because we wanted to double check it. And we got a call from our lab saying you need to call this client, he needs to go into the emergency room immediately. And his um glucose levels were 455, which can put you into a coma. And I I called him, and like I said, he displayed normal and had a conversation. I was like, you know, you're in an emergency state and you need to go into the hospital. So he went in, took care of that, and he came back and he's like, Okay, I am ready to do whatever it takes. And in I don't know, three weeks, he got his glucose numbers from 455 down to um not diabetic anymore. Um he was he was highly committed to lifestyle change, but he also um those numbers are crazy, and just getting him on a supplement program that worked to listening to his body, um, it was amazing. And I was talking to another uh doctor I work closely with, and he was like, Um, yeah, you just saved someone's life because um those numbers are life-threatening. So it's just amazing.

SPEAKER_00:

That's so incredible. That's so good. Um, so how do you educate people on parasites? Because I think there's a common lie within our culture that parasites only happen in third world countries. People don't realize that we're exposed to them all the time. Um, so tell me how that how that goes. I can imagine that that's uh a tough conversation sometimes, right? I know. It's actually kind of fun. Half and half.

SPEAKER_01:

I know and half of them aren't there. I know. And then there's another part of like, what are you talking about? Why isn't my doctor mentioned anything which they don't recognize? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. So we definitely try to just educate people. And honestly, I just think normalizing it, like we our bodies are living organisms. So you can get parasites from walking barefoot outside, you can get parasites from eating raw food, you can get parasites from eating sushi. And I'm telling you right now, I love sushi, and I will do a parasite cleanse. I am not gonna stop eating sushi. Um, so you can you can get them obviously from visiting um other countries. But if you did uh if you even go to Europe, they do as a standard medical procedure in their healthcare program a parasite cleanse twice a year, just because our bodies are living organisms. So we really just try to talk about it and normalize it. And you know what? Once people it's so funny when people start out, oh, because you know, clients don't want to are kind of nervous, but once they feel better, you'd be surprised how many of them are telling their friends, like, oh my gosh, this felt I I can't believe it. So um that original conversation, if they come up, we just try to let them know it's okay, it's no big deal, and you're gonna feel well, we're gonna feel well.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Yeah, that's it's it's something that I have been doing for 25 years and I still can't get over the weirdness of it, but I feel better every time I do it, right? Like it's just it's weird. Now I'm trying to lead my family through it, my kids through it. That's not going great because they just think I'm nuts, but it's fine. Yeah. Well, what else? Excuse me, what else do you want to share with anybody listening today about his healing house?

SPEAKER_02:

You know, I'll say one more thing about that parasite thing. So I have another client. It's also a testimonial, but um, he is uh amazing guy and he's 60s athlete, athlete all his life, run down his body, uh, thinks he's still 20, playing football and all that kind of stuff. So he's got a lot of broken bones, a lot of things, or whatever, and a ton of joint pain, and he's got a lot of surgeries. And he came to see me for for um just must like uh all the pain from just being so hard on his body as an athlete.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And he is also considering surgery um on his spine and other spinal surgeries. So he's also being followed at mail. And um, we're obviously here. I really believe that we should. My heart when I was a mom and my kids were going through things, is sometimes Western and holistic health are polar opposites. And I wish they would have just worked together because I really did need a doctor for some of my kids' things. Um, but but they didn't work together, so I had to figure it out on my own. So my client comes in and I'm like, okay, I'm gonna support your body, get it better to heal. If you decide to go the surgical route, that it'll you'll recover quickly. And um, he went on a mail and he did an executive physical at mail, which is a three-day, very intensive physical. And this is after he'd been my client for maybe six weeks. And he asked the mayo doctor, he said, Do I have parasites? And the and the mayo doctor said, What are you talking about? No. And my client's like, Are you sure? Because I'm seeing this girl, me. And she says, I have parasites. And the mayo doctor's like, she's full of it. She doesn't, you don't have, we've we've done everything, we're male. And um, and my client goes, Okay, well, I saw it come through, and I have never felt better in my life with my joint pain, all of these things. And so I don't know why I spent all this money here because I got more um relief seeing her getting rid of the parasites, and now you're telling me I don't even have them. And I and he left and he came up to me and and you know, told me about it and got his supplements. He's like, I feel great. And I'm like, wow, well, it is it is amazing. People are going and they're not getting answers and they're not getting heard, and I really believe the body knows, and people intuitively know something's wrong, and they're going to doctors and they're not being heard or listened to or helped. And that's what we find our most of our clients who come in fall in two categories. Either one's very holistic minded, they get it, they believe it 100% right away. Right. But many many are that other. I've tried this doctor and this doctor and this doctor. They didn't listen to me. They told me I was crazy, I didn't get better. They sent me around and I came here and I finally feel heard and I'm getting well. And I would attribute the last thing you ask, what would I say? It is all the power of the Holy Spirit. We are faith-based. That is what sets us apart of I think other holistic health companies is that we are partnering with the Lord. Steph and I are an amazing team. We have a team approach. We're very different, but we're fun. And she's got a beautiful clinical mind for her medical experience.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm a little bit more gut intuition, and together we just get people well so quick and we're having the most fun.

SPEAKER_00:

So I love that. That's so fun. So let me ask you this question because I'm sure you guys get this question. Because you are faith-based. Um, there are people out there that believe that nutrition response testing is a cultish, right? So, how do you respond to that?

SPEAKER_02:

That's a great question. Actually, my response would be I don't think you should go to every holistic health person blindly. I think that you need to, when you talk to people, you need to ask them, hey, what is your source? What are you partnering with? And I I think that there are places that are not um, if you if you're think you're sourcing God, but you're not intentional, there is um, there's an enemy out there that would love to be the source of what you're doing. So I think I think Christians and people should have um um discernment, definitely discernment. And for me, um I really feel at peace about it, obviously, because I think that the um the new age and and those kind of practices have really taken what God intended and distorted it for the wrong purpose. But we are looking at the body at the way God created it, sourcing the Holy Spirit, and that is the source and where we come from. So good.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, so good. Can you guys see people remotely or does everybody have to come into the clinic?

SPEAKER_02:

Now they gotta come in. And they want to come in. Yeah, we're environment.

SPEAKER_01:

Our environment is amazing. Our environment is amazing. Talk about that a little bit. You can l like everyone who comes in can feel the presence of the Lord, and even if they can't verbalize what they feel, it's a piece. We have people fall asleep on our couch all the time. We have people have encounters in the PEMF room where we do pulsed electromagnetic um field mat. Yeah, um people don't leave. People don't want to leave because they feel something there that's so good.

SPEAKER_02:

So I know, I know that there's convenience of Zoom calls and that kind of stuff. Number one, the actual muscle testing we do in person, but number two, we are looking for uh a whole person approach, and so um coming into the body heals when it feels safe. I had one client come in, she doesn't they don't know how to articulate it. Um, but she's like, I just feel safe when I'm here. Yeah, and um, that is one of the best compliments, and so I think part of our the way the Lord is the success is just the whole person approach, getting their body to back to the nervous system in a safe space, and then using the tools and resources that the Lord's given us through muscle testing and you know whatnot. So you gotta come in. So good.

SPEAKER_01:

And it is a I see it as a minute to ministry to people, minister to people, and so I think people having them in front of you is beautiful because then you can really partner with Holy Spirit. Like, what does this person need? And ask those deeper questions, especially because they feel safe. Yeah, and then they're willing, you can see it, you can just see them go they left their guard down, and you can tell, oh, now I can ask the deep questions, and they're willing to partner with okay, now you're being authentic, now we can get to the real issue. Yeah, so good.

SPEAKER_00:

And you guys offer quite a few other services there too. You talked about the pemp. What else do you guys do there?

SPEAKER_01:

Yep, we have uh salt room, which is incredible for allergies, asthma, skin, you're inhaling um tiny um particles of salt, which is so good for your respiratory system and skin. Um, we have a sauna that has the salt therapy, it has the infrared heat and it also has red light. The benefits of red light will be you can go on forever. Um super fun. Ionic foot. And then we have an ionic foot blend or bath, which pull ionically pulls out um chemicals and metals um into this beautiful foot bath, which ends up being very colorful in hand. So fun. But it's a 72-hour detox, so it's not like oh I just washed my feet. Yeah, 72-hour detox.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

And then you guys host a bunch of events there too, right? Talk about that. Well, I really believe so.

SPEAKER_02:

We had eight pillars of success, and I can go to those some other time, but one of them is education. So I really believe educating and empowering people to have agency to um move forward in their health at their, it's their um, it's their health journey, not mine. And I can't be more committed to someone's health than they are. So I really believe in educating and empowering people. So some events we offer free and um and just information things, and then we do a lot of ministry just organically, because I really believe Jesus is and Holy Spirit is the ultimate healer. We do, we host um worship nights, we host um what do we do?

SPEAKER_01:

We host Emmanuel Journaling.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, yeah, inner healing stuff, a lot of inner healing stuff. We all yeah, we do a lot of inner healing classes in a safe environment. And I really feel like the fun, the fun thing for us is we just have created this beautiful community with our because we offer classes that clients come and then um they get to know us, obviously, but then they get to get to know each other and share their stories. And I we know we heal in community, so we've created kind of community through our classes, our worship nights, our ministry nights, our information stuff. And um, some of it's free, some of it's paid, it just kind of depends. And um, but yeah, it's fun. Thank you for asking.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, so good. Any last things you want to share with anybody listening today? Like, I can't recommend it enough. I have been in their space, they're absolutely right. It's full of peace, it's full of the joy of the Lord. It's so good. But not everybody is in Lake Elamo, Minnesota, or you know, can commute from there. But what would you just release out into the world?

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know. Maybe let me pray a blessing over everybody, but um we do have clients that we've had clients that drive in my heart, yeah, over an hour. In my heart is that yeah, the Lord will raise these up, these more of these up in different places. But yeah, thank you, Jen. You are just such a huge support to us, and you have been, I've learned so much from you and what the road that you've walked ahead in your own healing journey. And um, it's just it's just beautiful to see how when the Lord brings it, we both have our own journey, and then you're like, Yeah, we walked this, and I just learned so much from you.

SPEAKER_00:

So thank you. Likewise, it's just such an honor to just I'm just so thankful the Lord brought you guys into my life.

SPEAKER_01:

So yeah, yeah, I'd love it if you bring you a blessing. You guys have gone ahead and done the hard things so that people like me and all of your clients can come alongside and come under. So thank you for doing the hard things. You had to pay the high price, and so I just want to honor and thank both of you.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, thank you for that for paving the way. It's definitely not easy to be the generational breaker, the psycho breaker. It's not so thank you for that. Yeah, we love that. Yeah, yeah, great. Well, you guys feel free to release a blessing over anybody listening.

SPEAKER_02:

All right, I'll go. Ahead and say a blessing. Thank you, Heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord. We love you. Yeah, we praise you. We worship you. I thank you, God, for Jen. Come into agreement with Stephanie, just the the way she has paved the road, Lord, on nervous system, connecting with you, healing, Lord. I pray, God, that you first bless her. Pray for every listener she has and every person who heard this today that they would know that they are here and they are listening for a reason and a purpose, God, that you are calling them. And that I just fear the Lord saying I'm calling deep under deep for somebody. And that there is somebody who is struggling or stuck in fight or flight or it and knows they need um physical healing, inner healing, God. And so I just pray, God, that you would just meet them right now, that they would hear your tender, soft voice saying, You are seen, you are known, you are loved. You're not alone. So I just pray, Heavenly Father, that you would just bless each listener, bless each person. Fill them with your love, mercy, grace, and peace. In your precious name, I pray. Amen.

SPEAKER_00:

Amen. Thank you for that. And I will link uh your website so people can find you, anybody that's listening to this. That I highly recommend both of these beautiful ladies. And you have a couple people, other people on staff that are all amazing. Um, so I'll link that in there. So if people want to reach out, they can find you. Awesome. Thank you. Thanks for being on today. Bye.
